Topic 2: Pillars
The Pillars all have a very small print foot. This has meant that, at times, adhesion to the print bed has been lost when the print-time has been very long. In an effort to combat this, a version of all Pillars is provided which contains an inbuilt redundant area, which can be easily trimmed away from the piece once the print has been completed.
However, I strongly recommend that, to avoid print failures, you do not print too many Pillars at the same time. I have found that that it is best to print no more than four (4) of the Small (26 mm) or Intermediate (45 mm) Pillars are printed at the same time, and no more than two (2) of the Medium (71 mm) or Tall (116 mm) Pillars.
